  • HOW TO USE – First, carefully hand wash all Phoenix parts before use. Do not expose Bio-Pods to water. Insert the Bio-Pod cartridge into Phoenix Base. Attach Phoenix Cap to Base by matching the tabs on the bottom of Cap to the slots on the top of Base. Twist Cap clockwise and lock into place. Insert Air Tube into Base and then firmly insert Phoenix into wine bottle. Tilt the bottle vertically to pour. As you begin pouring, there will be a 3-5 second delay as wine filters through the Bio-Pod, purifying your wine. Increase the rate of pour by tilting the bottle more vertically.

Return Policy

At PureWine, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we want to make it right.

If you purchased or received a PureWine product and would like to return it, we will issue you a refund if the product is returned before January 5th. Please return any unused products in their original packaging, including any unused Wands. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

To initiate a return, please email service@drinkpurewine.com. After January 5th, returns will not be accepted for any reason other than manufacturing defects. PureWine offers a 1-year replacement period for items with manufacturing defects. All customers will be responsible for the original shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
